Yes, absolutely. Vector Weaver is 100% free with no hidden costs, subscriptions, or usage limits. All features, including advanced color mapping and PNG export, are available to everyone for free.
Are my uploaded SVG files secure?
Your privacy and security are our top priority. Vector Weaver processes all files directly in your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to our or any third-party servers, ensuring your work remains completely private to you.
Can I edit complex SVGs with gradients or patterns?
Currently, our color mapper is optimized for solid colors (hex, rgb, etc.). While you can still view and export SVGs with gradients or patterns, direct editing of these complex fills is a feature we are exploring for future updates.
What's the difference between SVG and PNG export?
Exporting as SVG preserves the file as a vector, meaning it can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Exporting as PNG creates a raster image (like a photo) with a fixed pixel size, which is ideal for web use where scalability isn't needed.
Does the undo/redo feature have a limit?
No, our editor features a robust, unlimited undo and redo history. You can step back and forth through every single change you've made during your editing session, giving you complete creative freedom.
