2. How Vector Weaver Works

Vector Weaver is a client-side SVG editor that processes files entirely in your browser. We do not store, host, or maintain user-uploaded files on our servers. All SVG processing happens locally on your device.

3. Copyright Infringement Policy

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and edit SVG files using our service. By using Vector Weaver, you represent and warrant that:

• • Your use of the service does not infringe on third-party rights
• • You will not upload copyrighted material without permission
• • You understand that editing copyrighted material may create derivative works

If you believe that content processed through Vector Weaver infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. However, please note that since we don't host user content, our response may be limited to:

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Vector Weaver reserves the right to terminate access to our service for users who are repeat infringers or who engage in copyright infringement.

8. Safe Harbor Protection

Vector Weaver operates as a tool provider, not a content host. We provide technology for users to edit their own SVG files. We do not pre-screen, monitor, or control user content and rely on users to comply with copyright law.

9. Limitations

Please understand that:

• • We cannot prevent users from uploading copyrighted content
• • We cannot monitor all user activities in real-time
• • Users are responsible for their own copyright compliance
• • We cannot guarantee removal of content that exists only on user devices

10. False Claims

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
